On the upper level, a generous double bedroom for guests offers comfort and privacy, along with a bathroom with a shower. In addition, there is a small room with a sofa bed and a livable terrace, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors.
Guests have access to the laundry room with a washer/dryer and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, as well as everything needed to prepare meals and breakfasts independently.
Within walking distance from the property, nature trails begin that lead to Sant'Ermete, Segno, Colle del Trevo, Rocca dei Corvi, Monte Mao, and the picturesque village of Spotorno. These trails offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Vado Ligure and the island of Bergeggi. Monte Mao is also well-known in the mountain biking scene for its seaside trails, which host several international competitions.
In the residence, along with the owners, three affectionate cats live, adding a touch of warmth to the atmosphere.
