The flat is very large and suited to the needs of all our guests, from families with children to the young and young-at-heart. Animals are welcome.

The flat has:

- 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 with 3 single beds)

- 1 living room with sofa bed

- 1 very large fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine)

- 1 dining room with TV and wifi- Smart working area

There is also the possibility to buy local products.

Casa Grace is situated in a very quiet green area with private parking, bike room and washing facilities.

Next to the pedestrian area there is a newly built playground, a free synthetic five-a-side football pitch and a basketball court.

In the immediate vicinity you can find a bar, restaurant, tobacconist, grocery store, pharmacy and, depending on the season, culinary and themed dance parties.

Furthermore, only 1 km away is the Infopoint Aps consortium with Finale Outdoor Region for excursions; only 2 km away there is an outdoor swimming pool, a disco and a shopping centre, and only 2.5 km away there is a riding school, the Bergeggi wellness centre-spa and beautiful beaches (Bergeggi - Finale Ligure - Noli).

HOW WE MAINTAIN FINALE OUTDOOR REGION TRAIL NETWORK

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
