The location is particularly convenient: the train station is only about 70 metres away, while the beach and seafront are within easy walking distance. The apartment is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
One of the highlights of the home is the large private terrace, furnished with outdoor seating and a dining area. It is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast, an al fresco dinner or simply relax after a day at the beach, with views over the inner courtyard and a partial glimpse of the sea.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. The staircase is wide and comfortable.
Access & Services
The apartment offers self check-in, giving you the flexibility to arrive independently and, by prior arrangement, even in the evening.
Access instructions and entry details are sent by message after receiving a photo of a valid ID document (passport or identity card). Residence permits cannot be accepted for the registration procedure.
Upon request, guests can also make use of luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures, as well as a bike room, particularly convenient for guests travelling by bicycle.
For families with children, a travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
