For about 20 years the business has been run by the Careni family, which has been active in tourist hospitality in Liguria for more than 50 years.

Over the years the structure has been renovated to adapt the historical atmosphere of the building to the modern needs of guests.

All rooms are equipped with bathroom, direct dial telephone and satellite TV.

A dedicated area welcomes guests in an elegant and comfortable lounge for a quiet moment after dinner or an aperitif.

The hotel has a spacious reading room and a popular restaurant offering fine international cuisine.

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
