It is located on the first floor (second floor according to Italian standards) of a historic building without a lift: to access the flat, you need to climb a rather steep flight of stairs.
The historic centre is completely pedestrianised. Parking is available a short distance outside the walls, both free and paid, depending on the time of year.

• 4 reserved bike racks,
• electrical sockets for charging e-bikes,
• security shutter and access via automatic gate to the communal garage.
