An ancient medieval watchtower, located on the hills of Vado Ligure, surrounded by peace and nature. The structure has been redesigned in a minimalist style, conceived as an open space and developed over three floors, connected by metal stairs with self-supporting wooden upper floors.

The tower can accommodate up to 6 people and is completely independent, with its own entrance and private heating. The panoramic terrace offers a splendid view of the valley, which opens up to the sea and the Gulf of Genoa.

At the rear, there is a garden with a water point for washing bicycles, as well as side areas equipped as relaxation areas, furnished in a simple style in harmony with the environment.

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region, renowned for their world-class MTB trails, hold a unique distinction: they are not just another bike park! The expansive territory, home to hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails, is open to all. But how do we protect this precious heritage, the culmination of years of dedicated work by numerous enthusiasts, from the potential damage caused by the frequent passage of riders?

Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this fantastic treasure to continue. This includes tasks such as erosion control, trail surface maintenance, and vegetation management, all of which are crucial for the sustainability and safety of our trails. The only way we can meet the territory's needs and continue to offer some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.
