🌿A Date with Wild Edible Herbs
An autumn walk to discover wild edible plants: where to find them, how to identify them safely, how to gather them, and how to cook them.
The route will be confirmed closer to the date and will consist of a short hike along trails and country lanes in Calice or Carbuta, where traditional farming practices blend with the natural environment.
The experience includes tastings of dishes prepared with wild herbs.

- Meeting point at 2.30 p.m.
- Return at 5 - 5.30 p.m.

- Elevation gain: 120 m
- Length: approximately 3 km.
- Difficulty: Easy hiking route (E), with sections along unpaved and paved roads.
Restrictions: dogs are not allowed in the vegetable garden
🎒 What to bring with you
- Hiking/trail shoes or trainers
- Comfortable clothing
- Water
- Hiking poles for those who are used to using them.
- A fork and a glass for the tastings.

- €15 per person (Family discount for families with children)
- Payment in cash on arrival
- Recipe book available for a separate donation
