Yoga and Trekking in Camporotondo
The route takes us through the tranquillity of the San Bernardino plateau to the Ciappi, the large stone slabs that rise from the ground like grey islands amidst the greenery. Here, time seems to have stood still: we will walk upon rocks carved by our ancestors, admiring prehistoric markings that tell stories from thousands of years ago, in a unique setting.
Along the path, we will encounter the magnetic charm of the Megalithic Enclosure, an ancient structure of stones set into the ground that once marked the boundary of a sacred or gathering space. It is a place brimming with energy and will provide the ideal setting for an hour-long outdoor yoga session, designed to release the tensions of the walk and attune our inner rhythm to that of the surrounding environment.

📈 ITINERARY
5 km of gentle walking – Break with packed lunch at Ciappo delle Conche – 3 km of gentle walking to Camporotondo – Yoga session of approximately one hour, beginner level – 2 km walk back to the starting point. The session is designed for everyone, including those new to yoga, focusing on breathing and well-being, guided and completely relaxing.
