Towards the path of memory
You start from the parking lot just after the church and go up the alley, via B. Ferro, and it is worth crossing this very old farming village as evidenced by a beautiful stone house with a hexagonal plan.
You pass near a votive shrine and climb the steep slope passing under the bridge at the end of which you turn left and take the uphill road signposted by a plaque “path of partisan memory” which crosses fields rich in vineyards, fruit trees and wild plants here collected to make delicious dishes.
Arriving at loc. Villanova where the asphalt ends, you enter the woods and continue straight ahead, being careful not to take the only right fork leading to loc. Nuxetta. Beyond you find the fork marked with yellow signs, leading to the Bruno Ferro monument.
The view is amazing and your gaze reaches the Rocca dei Corvi and monte Alto. You walk easily until you reach the teccio where it is possible to stop for a snack and even spend the night. From here you can also continue and reach the Tagliate di Quiliano.
