NATIVITY SCENE AMONG THE ROCKS with a break at Pian delle Bosse
An adventurous excursion in the presence of Rocca dell'Aia, and in the rocky area of the valley to the nativity scene of Scoglio del Butto. An unusual, wild, and scenic route to reach the Pian delle Bosse Refuge, where we will take a lunch break, either with a packed lunch or à la carte (recommended). Return via an easier trail.
Location and times:
Meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Chiesa Alta di Verzi di Loano, travel by car to the trailhead; return at approximately 3:30 p.m.
In case of bad weather, the excursion may be postponed.

Elevation gain: 450m
Difficulty: medium-challenging hiking (E)
Required: hiking/trail shoes or boots, comfortable walking clothes, walking sticks recommended, water, packed lunch for those who do not want to have lunch at the refuge.
