Vado Ligure: at the home of artist Diego Santamaria. Trekking between territory, art and nature
"At the Artist's House": an excursion to discover the places surrounding the home-atelier of a local artist, amidst stories and suggestions related to her personal creative experience. An opportunity to get to know the places of iron artist Diego Santamaria and his atelier.
As we enter the spaces where the artist lives and works, we will learn about his human and professional journey through anecdotes, experiences and the creations featured. An intimate narrative to understand his creative drive and connection to place.
This will be followed by a pleasant conversation and a convivial moment enriched by local products.
Surrounded by brushes, paints, clay and cloth, the works on display (outside and inside the atelier) will provide a way to construct the "artistic life" from its inception to its contemporary work within the community in which the maker lives.
A unique experience with those who are now writing the history of the art of our territories, adding that Beauty that gives a sense of belonging, pride and pleasure of living in a place: a place to be cherished, cared for and told!

- Length: about 4 km
- Height difference: about 150 m.
- Equipment: hiking shoes, poles, clothing suitable for weather conditions, small first aid kit, water to drink at least one liter, packed lunch.
Visit to the artist's workshop house where a small aperitif will also be served.
