We inform you that from tomorrow, Saturday, May 4th and until Sunday, May 12th the following trails will be closed to prepare for the UCI EDR/E-EDR World Cup 2024 race and ensure the safety of the staff working on the Stages: MANIE AREA: 5 DH Women - 6 DH Men - 14 Andrassa pt.1. SAN BERNARDINO AREA: 53 Cucco - 60 Borderline - 65 Legnino - 68 Cucco Uphill. NATO BASE AREA: 92 Nato Base - 93 H Veloce - 96 Crestino pt.2 - 98 Cravarezza - 101 Ingegnere ORCO VEZZI AREA: 133 Rocche Gianche - 134 Supergroppo. FEGLINO AREA: 405 Cà Bianca - 406 Little Champery ******************************************************************************************************************************** Also, we want to inform you that the following roads will be closed for traffic and parking on May 10th, 11th, and 12th: - the section between SP23 and the former Nato Base will be closed as per the Ordinance of the Municipality of Rialto and the Ordinance of the Municipality of Calice Ligure - the section of Strada Vecchia from the intersection with Strada degli Orti to the manoeuvring area near house number 25 will be closed according to the Ordinance of the Municipality of Finale Ligure. One of the best views ever, one of the most challenging trails.

This icon offers on of the most beautiful views of the whole Region. The trail features a very rocky and exposed first half that requires a pretty high technical level. It was used twice as an EWS stage also because it changes to a faster and easier second half after a few minutes of riding.

After joining a narrow gravel road for the last section, it merges onto a tarmac road in Vezzi.

During times of drought avoid lighting fires, choose suitable trails avoiding those in the pine forest and favouring those with alternative routes for going back.

HOW DO WE TAKE CARE OF THE MTB TRAILS IN THE FINALE OUTDOOR REGION

Sustainable outdoor tourism means putting the territory first.

Finale Ligure and the Finale Outdoor Region are world-famous for their incredible MTB trails, but there is something that makes this place pretty unique: the Finale area is not a bike park!

The territory where hundreds of kilometres of MTB trails develop is vast; everyone can access the trails freely. So how do we ensure that the passage of so many riders does not irreversibly damage this invaluable heritage, resulting from years of work of many passionate people? Planning day-to-day maintenance work on the trail network is necessary for this amazing treasure to continue. The only way we can meet the territory needs and continue to offer you all some of the most enjoyable MTB trails in the world is by efficiently organizing the trail-building works.

Resources are crucial if we are to achieve our goal. You can contribute to our project by supporting the work of the Trail Builders and all the professionals and volunteers who work to maintain and enhance our wonderful territory. How?

You already have the For You Card, right? If you want to help some more, for each euro you donate, you will receive 100 extra points on your Card and contribute to 1 meter of trail maintenance!
