Borgio Verezzi: nature trail and stone villages. Circular hiking trail
The Nature Trail is a scenic route where history and nature meet.
From Borgio, among charming alleyways and squares, the trail enters the Mediterranean scrub, passing through ancient quarries and scenic paths.
Once you reach the highest point, the view stretches across the Ligurian coast to Gallinara Island. The descent leads to the village of Verezzi, among stone, silence and terraces overlooking the sea, then continues through olive and carob trees to the Borgio Verezzi Caves, the aqueduct park and the murals that tell the story of local history and traditions.
An easy but fascinating itinerary, combining landscape, culture and traditions.

🥾 Difficulty: suitable for regular walkers – T/E trail
🎒 Recommended equipment:
hiking boots, walking sticks, clothing suitable for the weather conditions, small first aid kit, at least 1 litre of water, packed lunch.
