At Oride, you won't find popular Italian dishes like Tagliolini allo scoglio or fried calamari. Instead, you'll discover local dishes that are often forgotten. The family cultivates a vegetable garden that features original flavors and fragrances, which are characteristic of our hills. Thyme, oregano, and wild fennel are just a few examples of the spices that give our dishes their unique characteristics. The wine list prioritizes natural vinifications and flavors that can withstand and enhance the spices in the recipes.We aim to represent the Liguria region authentically, not catering to tourist expectations. We don't invent new dishes; we only try to depict the original image of this beautiful land. In the winter, we organize cultural events such as stand-up comedy, live music, and theatre. We believe that by incorporating beauty and culture, we can not only survive but also improve the reality around us.
