A restaurant with a strong regional identity, located in the medieval village of Castelvecchio di Rocca Barbena (420 m), in the Albenga hinterland.The cuisine, curated by Chef Marco Seia, showcases artisanal producers from Liguria and Piedmont: locally grown vegetables, flours, cheeses, cured meats, wines, beers, and spirits, selected from small-scale producers such as Beppino Occelli (Valcasotto), Azienda Brignè (Bardineto), Nirulè (Calizzano), Scola (Castelbianco), BioVio, and Vecchia Cantina Calleri (Albenga).The à la carte service is complemented by set menus for events. The dining room, housed in a renovated former stable with ancient stone walls and exposed beams, seats about 20 guests; in the warmer months, an additional 15–20 seats are available outdoors, among the narrow alleys of the village.Francesco, the owner and host, welcomes guests with great warmth and kindness.
