The kitchen is furnished with electric hotplates, a traditional oven, and a dishwasher.
The kitchen table seats five people, and there's a table with a bench and four chairs in the garden under an orange tree.
In the garden, there is a hose connected to a water outlet for washing bikes if necessary.
If arranged in advance, you may utilize a secure bike storage room that can be accessed through a code.
There is private parking in front of the entrance gate. For overnight arrivals by prior arrangement, guests can use the Self Check-In Box.
